At The Privé Collection, due to limited availability of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Refunds or replacements are only provided in the case of incorrect items sent, items that arrive defective, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, carrier delays, delivery issues, or damage caused during transit. For these concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
